Galleggiante is certainly an unusual name for English speaking readers. Thank you for this unexpected reference to Italian. Another word you might use next time is "librare" or "librante," which means to hover (in the air). But it is more literary than galleggiante as it is also a Latin word.

I am truly sorry I left GiaB, but I had to let it go--just to keep up with your theme!--because I have personal matters to solve and needed time for myself. But in the meanwhile, and right because I greatly enjoyed my time editing the pub's submissions, I thought about turning it into a new profession. So, I took a course as editor in English (American, British, and Australian!), and I feel now more confident and validated in my skills.
