I know that Argentinian beef is very good! I have a friend here, from Argentina and he’s a real meat eater!
I understand that Italians of 3,4 or 5th generation are cooking in an Americanized way. When I lived in Texas, I had problems to find our cooking ingredients. For example, mozzarella wasn’t as tasty as the ones here. So my dishes weren’t coming exactly as those I cook here.
I suppose that Italian-American restaurants are not making an actual Italian food anymore.
