I liked to read your article about this word, susurrus. I found quite interesting the fact that in English, it is limited to nature. In Italian, the word “sussurro” refers to every soft sounds or murmurs: humans sussurrano when exchanging secrets or have almost no breath. Especially, lovers do it normally.
