On the Life Thread
A poem
1 min readNov 8, 2019
I unravel threads, golden and silver …
The chest of my discontent
unfolds.
Selene
comes forth,
while silent,
the moment I throw in the air …
Behind the curtains,
colorful silks as incense for my dreams …
A suffocating scent that,
smoke
into the existence,
elevates me.
Primordial, this instinct
prevails …
Songs and dances
swirling
conduce me along …
I who proceed, but never retreat,
I vault and juggle.
Under a life spell …
Intoxicated,
I attend her.
