This article is speaking sense and truth.

I agree with you on this line of concerns. I started on Medium as a non-native writer because I looked for constructive criticism from native writers.

Of course, I have more doubts about my writing and I hoped to find responses helping me to improve. On top of this loss of good healthy criticism, Medium never curated my poems and articles.

Therefore, here I am on this platform, publishing on my page and on a few publications with no constructive professional feedback.

The result is the very few readings, despite a good number of followers; being part of 3 Facebook Medium groups; reading and responding to other writers …. Actually, my responses receive more claps and appreciation than my “real” articles! In fact, I am considering the idea of transforming those responses in articles. Who knows, maybe, it’s a good formula for me!
